SUSTAINABLE ANALYSIS

The rooftop has solar panels to collect heat, with sky daylight in the middle there will be more sunlight. Solar energy will be utilized for heating water and can also provide air conditioning and some electricity for lighting. Large glazed exterior windows on the east side will give natural warmth to the interior.

AIR FLOW CIRCULATION

Because of the mountaintop location, it becomes an advantage for air ow circulation. Wind will go through the east side of building to the west side. With the windows and channels designed to control the air ow, the building will maintain

a comfortable temperature, reducing the need for heating during winter.
